Such great care!
I highly recommend Dr. Cianca. I've seen him several times over the years for various injuries and he gets me back to my athletic lifestyle. His goal is to figure out the root of the problem and make corrections from there. Many doctors just want to treat the symptoms or recommend surgery or drugs - not Dr. Cianca. He spends a lot of time with you asking detailed questions, watching how you move, etc. I'm always impressed with how much time he spends with me AND he really listens to what I say. I never feel as if he is rushing through my appointment or discounting what I'm saying. If other doctors are failing you, a visit to Dr. Cianca is worth the money. His approach is unique and personalized.

Thank You!
Dr. Cianca is truly amazing!!. I went in for a consultation without knowing much about him and was happily surprised to find a very personable doctor. He spent a significant amount of time with me to figure out what my problem was. He recommended the most conservative approach first, which gave me confidence to ask him for a faster approach. He also took the time to explain what my condition was. This I have found that other doctors do very rarely. To me, the most important aspect of treatment is understanding my specific case and not trying to apply a "one solution fits all" type of treatment. I had to get an injection that hurt quite a bit and Dr. Cianca was very gentle and even joking with me so I would feel more comfortable during the process.

Returned to Running
I had been dealing with a frustrating injury for quite some time. Had seen three different podiatrists, one ortho, and a few different chiros (and had 2 MRI's done). Was diagnosed with PF, was given a steroid pack and told to stretch. Injury never got better. A friend recommended I see Dr. Cianca. In spending much time talking to me, doing different tests (stand this way, squat this way, etc), doing a special ultrasound on my foot and looking over my latest MRI he came up with something nobody else mentioned--tarsal tunnel. After being prescribed different exercises and fine tuning my stretches I'm back to being pain free and racing again. I truly don't think my return to running would have been possible had I not seen Dr. Cianca. One caveat--he doesn't accept insurance (you have to file your own claim). For me that wasn't an issue as I just wanted to figure out what the heck was wrong with my foot.
